Anybody got any ideas on this one?
I've got 6x 6757s on a flaky DSL. The ISP changed the modem from passthru to PPPoE because it makes the connection "more stable". Now I can't get the phones to register at all. However, they do connect to the outbound proxy (asterisk of course) and can make calls, but they do not register to receive inbound calls. Now, just to make things more complicated I am able register a soft phone on my iToy over WiFi there and it will receive inbound calls, but not the Aastras. They are auto-provisioned and the files are untouched on the server. A tcpdump port 69 sees them requesting the config files (only one time so it seems to have succeeded). The internet connection is being replaced with Rogers cable tomorrow, but I'm wondering if that will solve this issue? Comments?
