If your softphone working ... then Aastra phone should work.

Can you post your config files .. hide the ip ,user and password.

or go to the Aastra web gui -> Troubleshooting ... download local & server
config files and post here we will help you to solve the problem.

BTW what is the make of your Modem/Router... is there any SIP ALG enabled?
