I think you talk about Metro Ethernet Service from ISPs. It is possible if the service provider supports this access for this service.
Allstream used to do this before. You can check with them for SwitchE service with DSL access. However, you should expect the monthly payment will be much higher than DSL Internet. also, there is no such thing like repeaters in DSL technologies. if you order the DSL service for the North York office, the dry loop will be delivered from the CO close to the office. it is impossible to deliver a DSL circuit from downtown to North York.
