Hi, Kind of off topic here. If I have a asterisk 1.4.1x and freepbx 2.x running in production, how can i upgrade my asterisk version to latter version(1.4.2x or 1.6, 1.8). I can upgrade my freepbx super easy in gui to 2.9 . But my asterisk version stays. Yajie Sent from my BlackBerry device

The FreePBX which is part of the distro starts with vers. 2.6 and you can upgrade/update these modules to the latest and greatest. PIAF also comes with Fail2Ban, Webmin and lots of cool stuff. IMHO it's the quickest way(about an hour) to have a stable a fully functioning production PBX.
