But when dealing with CLEC, always take into account your ratio of inbound/outbound calls.
Ivan is right about checking your ratio, you will have hefty charges if your ratio of outbound calls is more than 55% or so. The CLEC have to pay a metered rate for all outbound calls to PSTN that are over 50% of their inbound/outbound call ratio. Maybe Bill Sandiford can add to this as I'm not an expert on CLEC rules, but this will explain that most CLEC prefers to sell inbound traffic only.
