Well that did not completly work. Come to find out the way to get Wanpipe to
install correctly is to follow this pattern.

compile the kernel
compile zaptel
compile wanpipe
make zaptel clean
compile zaptel again
make the kernel clean
compile the kernel again
make wanpipe clean
compile wanpipe again (something about librarys changing)
make zaptel clean
compile zaptel

This works my boss has done it three time one the development machine.
I have updated the wanpipe.mk file to do this. Hopefully when I come in
tomorrow it will have compiled successfully.

I think I figured out why zaptel was erroring in Wanpipe. The Setup script they
use just calls make install. In the zaptel.mk file it first builds gendigits
and makefw as a hack to get cross compiling to work, then calls make. I wrote a
patch for wanpipe/Setup and if it works I will post it. Should know in a few
hours..... In the mean time I think I shall entertain myself with my novelty
desktop paper weight.
