This is exactly what I have and it all works really groooooovy man. I can get about 5 concurrent calls using ulaw with no codec translation. I'm using junction networks (IAX) for my work calls and broadvoice (SIP) for my house calls.
I haven't done the Internet sharing thing with it. Frankly, "routers" are dirt cheap and often free so what's the point?
