I have used it as a router and for asterisk pbx but now use a Netscreen for
connectivity to my office.

I have 5 extensions on my system and use Broadvoice, pstn, and voicepulse
for in/outbound calls.

I really like it!

Subject: [Astlinux-users] Home setup

I'm planning an install at our new holiday home it will have 5 handsets. I
would like to be able to support 2 simultaneous calls + sharing internet
access will a Soekris 4801 have enough horse power?

I will be using an IAX provider (VOIPtalk) and SIP handsets (havent decided
which ones yet.)

I already have a 4801 just need to get CF + either a laptop drive or USB
Key.

Is AstLinux suitable for what I have in mind? Any tips welcomed.

Cheers,

Charlie
