With the requirement of both fxs and fxo, you'd be happier with a VIA 
Epia board.  The PD series would give you two ethernet ports.  I've 
disabled most of the on-board devices other than the ethernet and one 
serial port.  My tdm card is sharing interrupt 5 with the usb 
controller.  I don't use the usb and this hasn't been an issue to date.  
If you only need one ethernet port, you could use pretty much any of the 
boards. 

VERSA also makes a line of mini-itx boards which are built on the same 
VIA processors.  Mini-box.com has a nice bundle which looks like it 
would work great.  The M300 is a fairly small case (20cm x 24xm x 7.8cm) 
that is compact flash bootable and would fit a half-length pci card.  
The cool thing about that system is you can add a lan module if you need 
one in the future.

To me, the Soekris/WRAP boards are very nice for firewalls and even IP 
only asterisk installs.  Anything more than that and you're really 
taxing the load on the CPU and running into limitations on memory.
