Actually, my experience has been that small format FXO adapters (PCI
card or external sIP device) are a huge waste of time. For me they have
not yielded satisfactory results. Thus I have moved to a wholly IP
based arrangement where I call forward my POTS lines to DIDs provided
by an ITSP. This has been a much better solution than the SPA-3000,
X101p or TDM-400. when I adopted this approach I went from a VIA system
to a Soekris board.

FWIW, I have not used the Sangoma card...which sounds promising.
