I think the inittab is not the Problem. If build it all completely new. If 
taken the astlinux.config only with changes in the packages list. I compared 
the busybox comandfile of the build_dir with the file in /root/bin. The files 
have a different size. If I copy the busybox file from the build_dir to the 
root/bin dir after compilation astlinux works. But I don't know why.
