Kristian, The fact that it appears you can't purchase the said "Bluetooth SIP Voice AP", I would say AstLinux is the front runner in this area.
But, if such a gateway was under $100 that would be the route to go, operating my primary AstLinux box under the KISS principle. Otherwise I would probably opt for a second AstLinux box just for this purpose (Bluetooth <-> SIP gateway). I see a business opportunity for someone here.
