New update.

1) Added a Monitor tab (per Michael Keuter's suggestion), hidden by
default, but can be shown with a Pref's tab option. Files with the
suffix of .wav or .WAV in the directory /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/
are shown. Also .wav files in up to 2 sub-directories will also be
shown.

If you click on "Get" the recording will be downloaded and your
configured 'helper' should play it.

A Pref's tab option of "Play WAV recordings in browser rather than
download" will attempt to play the WAV file in the browser provided
QuickTime or some such plugin that can handle audio/x-wav MIME types
is installed.

Monitor recordings can also be deleted. Please report back on how
this works.

2) Worked around a problem with IE on Windows where it center
justified text in tables when it should be left justified.

3) Minor tweaks, here and there.

If you missed the weekend's update, please note a major change in the
file layout and reinstall from scratch.
