I also use vitelity, have done for a few years now.  At first I just used
them for outbound, after I got comfortable with their reliability I did a
number port (about a year ago) and cancelled AT&T.  They have cheap 800 #
DID's too.  The only negative I can come up with is that I call the UK a
lot... for a long time my CallerID (from here in the USA) was passed over to
British Telecom and my number was visible on the callee's display.  Recently
(last few months) CallerID has not been passed over to BT.  Domestic calls
never have this problem, so it is probably related to how they route their
international calls.
