Graham,

Michael is the ISDN expert here, but possibly this is an Asterisk 1.4 issue.

Personally, if I were going from AstLinux 0.4.4 to AstLinux 1.0.3 I'd also move
to Asterisk 1.8 .

Lonnie

PS: Should you want to move from AstLinux 1.0.3-Asterisk-1.4.44 to AstLinux
1.0.3-Asterisk-1.8.11.1, you have to play a little trick since the upgrade
script is based on the "1.0.3" version only.

The trick is to upgrade to a non-1.0.3 version first then you can upgrade to
AstLinux 1.0.3-Asterisk-1.8.11.1 . You can use the http://build.astlinux.org/
site, click [ Cache ], (login with default AstLinux credentials), leave every
option unchanged except uncheck "SMP Kernel" to match your old board. The
click { Show AstLinux Image } and follow the "CLI procedure to upgrade
AstLinux", if all goes well reboot. After the reboot, from the web interface,
[ Prefs ] tab make sure the "Repository URL" shows (for Asterisk 1.8):

Repository URL: http://mirror.astlinux.org/ast18-firmware-1.x

Then go to the [ System ] tab to "System Firmware Upgrade" to upgrade to
AstLinux 1.0.3-Asterisk-1.8.11.1 if you desire.
