Lonnie, I downloaded a "fresh" copy of the 4801 image from the main astlinux website and flashed a different CF card. The setup process seemed to go fine this time around. I can confirm that the default reboot delay is not long enough because the webpage to the box times out before the 4801 reboots, but this is a very minor issue.
One more quick question... can you remind me how to configure a bridge interface. My 4801 has (5) interfaces and I want to bridge eth1 - eth4 for my LAN interface. I added BRIDGE0="eth1 eth2 eth3 eth4" to rc.conf (via the "Edit" tab), but after rebooting, I don't see a br0 interface to assign to my 1st LAN interface.
