In an alias or a list you could define several recipients (also similar, or 
different email addresses which will be received by the same email 
account/person). 
In later versions of AstLinux you also can define multiple voicemal 
notification addresses.
If you send to only one correct email address ("u...@host.com"), which should 
be visible in the log, then the issue is not a problem with AstLinux.

If you send more emails per voicemail then maybe they are using aliases:
