First use the Network tab -> Outbound SMTP Mail Relay: { Test SMTP Mail Relay } and send a test email, does it ever return any error but you still get the email ? Does it take about 30 seconds ? If yes... As a test on the AstLinux end, via the CLI: -- Edit "/etc/msmtprc" change 'timeout 30' to 'timeout 60' -- no service needs restarting in this case since msmtp is called as needed. Again use the Network tab -> Outbound SMTP Mail Relay: { Test SMTP Mail Relay } and send a test email. No more errors ? I have never heard of a problem like this before, hence the timeout value is not currently adjustable. The better solution is to change setting on your "Outbound SMTP Mail Relay" per the cPanel. 1) Change the default SMTP response time to something less then 30 seconds. Perhaps 0 seconds ? 2) Perhaps if the sending email address "From" is whitelisted no extra SMTP response will be applied since this is for deterring SPAM.
