I turn it off because when it dows an update I find it difficult to use my 
computer until the update is finished.  It does an update 3 or 4 times a day 
and it gets to be aggravaitng waiting for it to finish especially when you are 
trying to do something on your PC.  This might not happen to everybody b ut it 
does on mine.
