magic-url: a URL whose sole reason for existing is to allow you to POST
to it, so you can pretend you just ran PUT|DELETE on another URL
altogether. A means of working around parts of the web which are Broken
As Deployed. It's a total hack.

registered-url: some IANA thing that would be a value of the
SonOfSoapAction: header idea, that's getting floating about at the
moment. It's a de jure hack.
