Definitely. A number of things have been pointed out as bugs, there's been no WG pushback on any of them, and since we were going to have to have a -10 draft anyhow for the namespace, we will roll in those fixes, as well as resolving any IESG-raised issues. -Tim


Specifically, what are the resolutions for the disputed ban on
composite MIME types [1], and some of the specific bugs in section 6
[2] (mismatches with the RelaxNG etc)?
