What is location#2?
a. The usual location of the author as in the place is living right now?
    b. The place of his origins?
    c. The place where he's blogging right now?
d. The place he was when he had written the story that he will published in a few seconds but two days late with regards to the event date?

I say that because for example in my case.

a. My apartment, Montréal, Canada
b. Rouen, France
c. Cafe Laika, Montréal, Canada
d. London, UK

There's exactly the same kind of problems with photos. The location where the photos is taken, or the location of (one or more) regions in the photos.
