You can’t. My assumption was that supplying divergent metadata
for what are supposed to be bit-for-bit copies of a file is not
particularly useful, whereas having no such option serves as a
hint that the copies are not to be considered as independent
entities.

Is providing a @title an option that a lot of people would use
and/or someone out there cannot do without?
