I tried to load them in the order you proposed
I got an error with tex.el, latex.el, and text-jp.el
"cannot open load file: tex-site"
Then load tex-site.el before you load the others.
all the files loaded correctly except the last one: tex-jp.el
I got the error:
Invalid read syntax: ". in wrong context"
