PS: There will be lots of incremental changes in the next few days. I'm gradually de-emphasizing and removing 1.2.6, so the whole site will be much more 1.3.14-oriented. Then I'll do another sweep of changes to replace 1.3.14 with 2.0. As these will happen in short order, probably best to wait on translation until the 2.0 set is complete.
