I'm sorry, why the current manual isn't at http://manual.audacityteam.org is a mystery to me. And why we have the complicated dir structure within the local manual is also a mystery. I'm sure there is a good reason. If I'd have done it I'd probably have dropped all the files into the one dir in a complete mess, but that could result in conflicting file names.
