Theres something wrong here... Using a MacOS system, some strings are 'untranslatable' they don't even appear in th po file.
You have the apple logo, then Audacity menu. There it says: ''Preferences'' in english, even if I change the language to italian, as an example. At the same menu, ''Window'' is in english yet, Minimize, Zoom, Bring to front, all in english.
