Hi Kriss, As far as I know, there is no policy regarding this. That being said, that's been a long time since I've been really active with the manual. Maybe it did changed since then. For my perspective, you should look at the current manual and try to figure out: 1) if it's coherent so far 2) if this coherence is relevant
Note: Keep in mind that correct translation is the first goal and knowing what we are doing with unresolved link shouldn't retain too much your brain!
