Per schedule, string/GUI freeze for 2.0.5 is on!

This means no strings or visible aspects of the GUI should change for
2.0.5 release.

Translators and Manual Authors can expect this is "go" for final
translations and manual entries for 2.0.5.

Still planning on code/manual freeze and release candidate 1 at 21:00
UTC on October 15.

Thanks!
