Regarding this particular problem with effects:
My examination of the source code suggests that when you do a built-in
effect, you will not see the correct translation in the "About..."
sub-menu under the Manage button, or the "Repeat" item that is second in
the Effects menu. Am I correct?
The Repeat X menu item is translated... for those that have a
translation. Which is all the bulti-in onces i guess.
So i guess that is working fine.
But both the Manage>About>Name:X and the title of the dialog is not
translated.
I dont know why that info is in Manage>About sub menu.
Maybe better to have the menu item "About" selectable (no submenu) and
have it open a About dialog with that kind of information.
Just like you would use Help>About.
