Hello mkpoli, and thanks for your work.
I am the Release Manager for 2.2.0 and I do intend to make some program
changes and accept updated translations. I want to add to the list of
strings requiring translation, but not modify existing ones. It is too
late to make more serious rearrangements of the user interface.
For #1 above I say make translations of the two strings "Name newly
recorded tracks" and "With:" so that one Chinese string after the other
conveys the same meaning, but you don't need to divide the words between
the two strings in the same way.

Light means "not strongly" in Leveller.cpp but "not dark" in

Translate as "not dark". The other use of Light in Leveller is obsolete
code not actually run any more.

Scooter mentioned this too. They will be in updated .pot files.

This wasn't my doing, but sorry, it's too late to change that. The
argument in its favor of this change is that some names can be very long,
such as those for plug-ins that include complete file paths. So they just
extend rightward, and you can see the whole path if you wish, using the
horizontal scroll bar. But the entire key name is seen at all times in a
fixed width column at left.
