Thanks for your alertness, but in this very short release, I want to add
(and delete) strings only, fixing omissions where we can.  I do not want to
modify existing strings and risk breaking translations that were already
done but do not get updated this time.

Please remind us again when we begin 2.2.2 development.

The first one above doesn't compile into the Audacity release, but the
others are worth noting.  I dislike #2 also because we shouldn't
concatenate translated strings, which may be making assumptions about
English syntax that don't carry over.
