Yes, I'm running Audacity to see my translations, on Windows 10 Pro.
I get the same issues you're describing, too.
The same happens on Debian (I don't have access to one, but a friend helped
test it).
I will test on Windows 7 if I get access to one.

By the way, I worked on the Arabic translation and it is 92% complete
(previous was 85% complete). Should I send it now, or complete it (which,
unfortunately, won't happen soon) and then send it?
