Transifex is entirely optional.

In fact, I do not look at translations there.  People who prepare them
there need to send the .po files here.
(I sometimes look at GitHub, but prefer .po files here)

Discussions of translation can be coordinated here, and then details taken
off list.
Pavel Fric is long term contributor of Czech translation, so he controls it.

Perhaps you can talk with Jozef Matta about the Slovak translation, and
between you work out how to proceed?  You've not translated the sk.po file
before for us, have you?  Jozef translated it in April 2020 and since.
