Audacity is not open source when they are a part of MuseScore - Muse Group,
MuseScore BVBA. I am thinking of abandoning this project. MuseScore BVBA is
the company. The company employs employees. Employees are paid for their work.

The 100% is a condition to submit a translation ? There is no such requirement
in open source programs.
