It's some classroom workhouse, which can emboss, braille, interface with Duxbury, and provide voice chat and instant braille output from afar. The voice chat and instant Internet braille transmission is called Bert. The teacher gets this feature free, while the students have to pay twelve hundred dollars. I hope the presenter was a tad out of his had, and possibly switched those items around, so as the student gets it free and the teacher pays to use it.
