yeah, I now really regret getting jaws for university. Howevver like many, I didn't know what the other options were like at the time, as the company pretty much forced it on me too.
also they insisted I use kurswile scanning software which is also a huge waste of money in my eyes.
oh well, at least I got an Olympus...
