Ahem, returning to something approaching the original topic of the post and leaving the nihilism of fan-boy/girl loyalty to products behind, I find that using the list item command (usually i) in the screen reader of your choice is a very effective and simple method of moving from post to post in G+. Using the button commands will allow you to interact with the post. The only major use for Google's keyboard shortcuts for me would be to post, or share, though a button for this already exists.
