There needs to be no arguing here. Let's square this nice and straight.
Mason, did you have any written legal documents or licensing that made Ultra Power lawfully yours? If you don't have that, technically a court of law wouldn't have to hear your case, and nothing proves it's yours. You "killed" the project yesterday. You gave up development, and since others had the code and you had no legal proof, someone decided to make it their own. Did you not like this end result? Well, that's the same way people feel when you just decide you want to kill a project out of the blue without warning, for reasons of unknown, booting developers and giving them the cold shoulder along the way, and leaving behind a distinct trail of code versions. Unfortunately, when you act like that, stuff like this happens, and since you kicked yourself out of the project and had no legal bindings to it it's unfortunately no longer your right to "give permission" to anyone regarding it.
