About the flairs: I haven't seen menny people use them as a sign of them being in danger. If they are they usually just post on the chat, there is allways the looking feacher. Flairs were used to anoy people at some point, true, but after Sam made an option to turn them off, that doesn't happen so much anymore. Some people though, use flairs to attract bears. Sam made it so if bears see flairs, they will go mad and go to where the danger is. So maybe flairs don't mean "I am in danger" but "because of this flair I might be in danger".
There is allways the option to turn it off, if someone needs help he can allways trust you and you can look them.
I usually try to reason with the person before I kick them, and bann them only after several wornings and kicks. Sadly, not all admins do that, it seams.
