First off, since we do get that from time to time, it's very understandable that guests in the house tend to draw you away from things, and that's no shame. On the ontrary: you do have a life, as does everyone else.
One thing that comes to mind if you say that upon speedhack notifications, an adim will watch you... Shouldn't you silence those notifications at least for admins, that they are watching you? It would be pointless for admins to start watching speed hackers if they know you're watching...
