You will get used to it though, once you know what to look for. It's always the space that is blank and easily found using the left/right swipe gesture.. If you played Battle Arena: Adventure to Fate, then you probably will know some of the work arounds in the battle screen. For example if you kill "NPC 2" before "NPC 1", you might not be able to find the first NPC's health bar. Instead it shows up as "NPC 2 dead".
I do have a comment about the change to the movement pane. Before this version it read to you a description of the space you walked onto while using the map or using the directional buttons. There is now a delay of the buttons becoming clickable after using the directional buttons, which interrupts the voice over reading the description of the space you stepped on. For example if you step west it will start to read the description but wil interrupt to say "West button" when it does become clickable again.
