well do what sighted folks do, if you can. but you will have to do it a bit different. go to wikipedia get the chinese braille alphabet and learn the chinese braille code. write it down with a perkins brailler or slate and stylus. or if you can wait until the orbit reader 20 very very low cost refreshable braille display comes out and convince someone to get you an orbit reader 20. then find chinese lessons online put them into word then translate into chinese braille with the free send2braille utility by american printing house for the blind. oh you may also try DuoLingo I hear its accessible and also free.
