If you were banned, that doesn't mean get back on when the new update comes out. No one said that all bans would be lifted on release, so why should they be?
I'm sure Sam will ban everyone he knows has evaded the ban, so don't use the excuse that "Well, others need to be banned" as an excuse of why you should be allowed to play. Can I commit a crime, and go to court using the offense that others have committed the same crime before me to save myself from lawful punishment?
