I was referring to the developer ability to add word tags that relate to their software for search results, not for people to tag the games themselves. Venturix and Sleepless Night 2 don't mention or appear to be accessible, but a lot of the others appear to be audiogames or have screen reader support in some form, the developer of Code 7 was here before for example, and there's also Blind Arena Tournament made for the accessibility jam as well. I think a point we can agree on is that such accessibility functions, if there are any, could be communicated better, hence why I mentioned raising the issue with the developers on itch.io. There are bound to be some differences of opinion on what constitutes accessible, establishing guidelines might help, but so could engaging more with the developer community by voting on games that are or aren't accessible, or talking with developers directly and asking them about the accessibility functions they may or may not have.

Refunds
itch.io will process refunds on request if the purchased item cannot be run, some other issue prevents access to it, the purchase was made by accident, or the product does not represent what was advertised. For technical issues, we'll put the buyer in touch with the developer first to try and resolve these issues. Please contact support with your purchase information if you need to make a refund request.
For products selling third-party external keys (eg. Steam keys), we may require the seller to confirm cancellation of the key before a refund can be processed due to itch.io’s inability to disable access. Contact support if you have any questions.
Note: Some sellers are utilizing an older payment method and are responsible for handling refunds themselves. If you're uncertain about refund eligibility for a product then please contact support.
