The tags are added by the developers of each game, so often are not accurate. Especially has itch.io has a high student and international contingent.
So you'll come across plenty of games tagged as blind accessible that are actually blind accessible, but also plenty that are tagged as blind accessible but that are not accessible at all.
If anyone fancies a bit of data collection that could be really helpful... even just a list of which games you've personally tried and which of them were correctly tagged and which were not.
