Hmmm, i do see the problem related to access. perhaps however as it's such a basic thing and you do mention a textual display of the colour grid you could at least go through the newbie tutorial as a magic user character just to see if or not the game is completely accessible, and if perhaps contact the staff.
indeed you could even post a topic about this in new releases anyway and ask people to confirm whether or not the magic system works (I can always move the topic out of new releases if necessary).
the game does sound interesting though and I think it's probably one people would like to hear about, and likely play if it is indeed accessible, or perhaps cooperate with the devs to make accessible if it is not.
