Hi,
Those sliders work perfectly fine for me. the one at the start of the game,that is.
when you flick upwards during the proffession selection you'll here the percent the slider is at. if then you flick right you'll here the changed proffession,and flicking further to the right will get you to a description of that proffession.
As for the auto pilot, press the play button in the main screen which is the auto pilot btw, will iniciate the autopilot process.
on the same screen you can find the menu button,which has a hint "zoom out" if you tap that button,you'll get a list of planets you can auto pilot to.
if you tap on any planet in that list,and then come back to the main screen,and press the autopilot it'll make you travel to the selected planet.
For contracts,you don't need to select the planet,it is automaticly put in the autopilot for you,and pressing that button should drop you at your destination.
