I eventually did get the eye puzzle and pass it. The problem is that as much as I'm enjoying the game overall, the navigation system does leave something to be desired. I'm all for exploration and all that but when you end up going around and around in circles for fifteen minutes at a stretch or longer because it's hard to remember where you have and haven't been, that gets rather ridiculous. I'm stuck after getting past the stone giant in the Luciferian temple, again I suspect because of the way navigation is designed. I love the game, don't mistake me, but I'm not going to argue that it has its share of problems. The problem is that it's easy to forget what you did to get past a certain point if you spent a lot of time going in circles before you got to where you needed to be.
