I didn't read through the full topic, but here's a general thing about the battery problem that @1 mentioned.
I had a problem that sounded the like this on an old iphone. It happened after i tried to make it load faster by using a foreighn powersuply to many times. But even if yo don't do that, my plextalk also has that problem. I think it's a battery draining problem. I wil get a polaris on 08.01.2020 and then i will see more.
